The Toronto Chinese Soccer Association is a non-profit organization aimed at promoting soccer in the Chinese community.  

TCSA was established in August 1989 and is registered with the Ministry of Consumer and Commercial Relations; Ontario Corporation number 847074.

14 teams with over 300 members are participating in the 2005 regular season.

TCSA also represents Toronto and sends teams to participate in the Annual World Chinese Amateur Soccer Cup, the North American East Coast Soccer Tournament (Toronto, New York, and Chicago), and the the North American Chinese Seniors Soccer Tournament.
